Overnight Care
Through the night care with one of our fully trained carers, that helps with the care that’s needed through the day and also through the night. If you feel uncomfortable being left alone, or needs assistance with toilet breaks, administering medication or moving position in bed. Everyone is different and has different needs so night support is tailored to each situation with help available at any time through the night. This means you or your loved one can stay in your own home. Services with through the night include:
Support with medication through the night
Assisting with toilet breaks
Changing bed position, particularly after an operation or injury
Better health by being able to rest though the night
Carer on hand for those with progressive conditions such as dementia
Peace of mind for family knowing help is always there
Chaperoning
Leison Care offers a chaperone service for those who need support with social activities and hobbies, or simply support with independence. We understand that independent living is vital to health and wellbeing.
This could include:
Sharing meals
Watching telly or enjoying days out
Laundry and ironing
Running errands
Household chores
Support getting out and about
Feeding, walking and caring for a pet
Companionship and emotional support
Domiciliary Care
Domiciliary Care is there to provide home care for people who want to stay in their own homes, but need help and support with moving, personal care, household tasks, activities, and anything that allows them to keep their independence and quality of life. Leison Care offers these services:
